This center offers comprehensive primary health care. This center's staff includes board certified physicians, family nurse practitioners, a certified nurse midwife, registered nurses, a registered dietician, clinical psychologists, and mental health counselors.

Hours of operation:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

This center has a special mission to provide primary health care to uninsured and low-income residents of southwest San Diego County who can't afford the full cost of essential health care services. This center accepts Tricare, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families, AIM, CHAMPVA, and other insurances, and uninsured patients can apply for a reduction in costs for essential services; no one is turned away for lack of funds.
