Payment:
Most major insurances accepted including Medicare, Medi-Cal/CMSP and Healthy Families. Other free or low cost programs include: Sliding scale, FPACT, CDP, CHDP .
Free and low cost programs for the uninsured:
The following programs provide services based on income for uninsured or individuals who are underinsured.
Sliding scale:
Discounted services including medical, dental and mental health.
Family PACT:
Free family planning services for men and women including birth control, annual gynecological exams and pap smears, screening breast exam and mammogram, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy testing and sterilization.
Cancer Detection Program:
Provides free breast and cervical cancer screening for women, including diagnostic follow up.
Child Health and Disability Prevention Program: Free well child exams including immunizations for children up to age 19.
Insurance and program application assistance:
WCHC provides free application assistance for Medi-Cal, CMSP, and Healthy Families for our established patients as well as free application assistance for community members for the Healthy Families program.
