Ampla Health Primary Care offers comprehensive medical health care services to patients of all ages.
At Ampla Health, their providers offer the same and follow-up appointments, extended hours in the evenings and weekends, providing their patients with greater access to their healthcare needs.

Pediatrics

Treatment of chronic health problems such as high blood pressure, diabetes, lung disease and hepatitis, among others

Treatment of minor diseases and injuries

Anticoagulation therapy

Physicals for school, sports, DMV, MediCare and annual exams for children and adults

Vaccinations for children and adults, including flu shots

Ampla Health is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit network of community-based federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) that provides comprehensive medical, dental and mental health in the Butte, Corsa, Glen, Satter, Tehama and Yuba counties.

This clinic accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families and most private health insurance too, if they are uninsured and their income is low, they can qualify for reduced rates in their mobile rate discount plan program.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The office will be closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
