Q. Is this facility really free?

  1. Hoping this writing this review in to voice my frustration, reaches CEO Officer. In regards to how the program manager at this facility treats their patients (specifically in unit 3) who are trusted to care for active duty service members and veterans, people who have dedicated their lives to serve and protect. My beloved family member and many others have been treated as property instead of human beings. TERRIBLE CARE to say the least as far as how he treats these beautiful wounded guardians. The patients at this facility put their trust in recovering from traumas and abuse, instead met with hostility and the same abuse experienced before. The staff as in the counselors and nurses are the only ones that care and take care of them with respect as if they were their own family. Sadly, the program manager only see's them as money coming in (as paychecks) to keep the program running and causing more trauma with a rage of power control. This Program Manager needs to be dismissed as soon as possible, since its obvious he is not in the correct field. Either losing his passion or high on power and control. This is not acceptable and I am planning on reporting him to: e California Department of Public Health, Shield Justice Team, Office for Civil Rights, and Joint Commission. I advise anyone who has experienced this neglect or has had family members experiencing the same neglect to do so as well.
