Please visit Good Samaritan Health Centers, Inc. - Wildflower Clinic's website or call them to confirm the hours of operation and/or services listed on this website are still available.
Our mission is to provide free medical and dental services to the medically uninsured residents of St. Johns County. Our clinics provide care for individuals regardless of race, gender, creed, political stance or religion.
Patients who receive services at the medical, dental, and Pap clinics must meet the following criteria: be a resident of St. Johns County (YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF RESIDENCY), have no medical or dental insurance, must be ineligible for Medicare or Medicaid (except for dental clinic), and monthly income must fall below 200% of the federal poverty level guidelines. Volunteers staff our phones on most Tuesdays from 9am to 12 noon and Thursdays from 9am to 12 noon to answer questions, provide information, and to financially qualify new patients. Due to the extreme volume of calls, please DO NOT leave a message on our voicemail for an appointment. Messages should only be left if you are currently scheduled for an appointment & need to cancel/reschedule.
