Non Clinical Services: Referral, Eligibility Assistance, Counseling/Assessment, Follow - up / Discharge Planning, Health Education, Outreach

 

They accept most insurance including Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Cross Blue Shield and we offer our patients a discount sliding fee program with a low co-payment, based on household income and size and a 340B Discount Prescription Program.
