The Wellness Clinic provides women's health (GYN) care, including the following services:
• Well woman visits, including Pap Test, Pelvic exam, and clinical breast exam
•  Pregnancy testing, preconception counseling, and family planning
• Physical examinations and health screenings
• Laboratory services, including total blood chemistry profile
• Confidential HIV testing
• Mammogram referrals and follow-up
• STD/STI screening and treatment
• Employment drug testing

All services are based on a sliding fee scale while accepting Medicaid.


The Safety Net Clinic provides no cost services for uninsured women and men ages 18 & older.
Services include:
• Primary Health Care
• Non-Emergency Care
• Chronic Disease Management including but not limited to:
• Hypertension (high blood pressure) management
• Confidential HIV testing
• High Cholesterol management
• Diabetes management
• Mental Health Referrals and Services


HOURS:

Wellness Clinic:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday  9am – 4pm

Safety Net Clinic:
1st & 3rd Wednesdays 5 pm - 8 pm
2nd & 4th Thursdays 5 pm - 8 pm
