The Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center provides primary, preventive and behavioural health care services to children and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, uninsured, underinsured or have low incomes.

They offer a sliding scale for self-paying patients, and they accept Medicaid and Medicare, as well as most insurance plans.

•     Yearly wellness physical exams
•     Blood pressure screenings
•     Health promotion & health maintenance
•     Stop smoking programs
•     Illness diagnosis & treatment of minor illness (cough, pain, cuts, flu/cold)
•     Management of chronic stable conditions (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure)
•     Blood sugar checks for diabetes
•     Cholesterol screening
•     Mental health care (mood swings/depression)
•     Medication management
•     Substance use disorder treatment
•     Dental/oral health care
•     Pediatrics
•     On-site pharmacy

Hours of operation:

• Between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on Monday and Wednesday
• Between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
