Harvest Free Medical Clinic is a non-profit, Christian organization established in 2003 to share the love and truth of the Lord Jesus Christ by providing free medical care to those in need.



This clinic strives to give the best medical care possible at no charge.



Provide care to people of all nationalities, races, faiths and lifestyles.



They work to show the love of Christ to the community though the services they provide.



This clinic is a 501(c)3 corporation and is governed by a board of directors.



They are an all volunteer clinic.



This clinic provides primary medical care, mental health care, medications, laboratory and x-ray services. They are funded by donations.



Services:



Complex medical problems such as heart failure, lupus, asthma, etc.

Mental health disorders

Type 1 Diabetes

Unfunded patients who are discharged from local hospitals without financial means for medical follow-up

Hypertension



At this time, they are unable to provide the following services:





Primary care or routine physicals

Pediatrics

Gynecological or family planning

Dental

Surgical needs other than minor surgery

Imaging studies such as MRI or CT scans

Capabilities for referral to sub-specialists are limited.





Eligibility:



No insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, or veterans benefits.

Household income less than 200% of the federal poverty level.

Place of residence does not affect eligibility.



Patients who are eligible for care are also eligible to receive medications from the pharmacy as well as lab testing and supplies.


Hours of operation:
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
