Family Practice Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am to 6pm
Urgent Care Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 7pm Saturday 7:30am – 6pm
Dental Care Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:30am to 6pm
Pharmacy Hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 7pm Saturday 7:30am to 1pm
Closed Sunday

Comprehensive primary care services including treatment for acute and chronic illnesses, well care, immunizations, prenatal care, and mental health counseling are offered. Midtown's medical providers are experienced in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. Patients living with Hepatitis C and HIV/AIDS are served at this site. A pharmacy that provides discounted pharmaceuticals and over the counter medications to patients is housed at this site. Services are provided in English and Spanish. Insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, and Medicare are accepted. Discounted services are available for uninsured patients.
