Specialty clinics are offered during normal clinic hours. Call for an appointment.
Eligibility
The Loudoun Free Clinic provides medical care to low-income, uninsured adult residents.
Patients must meet the following criteria to be eligible for services.
Be a Loudoun County resident
Be between the ages 18 - 64
Have no health insurance
Have an income level that falls within 200% of the Federal Poverty Level based on the number of people in your household

The Loudoun Free Clinic offers the following services:
Medical Visits (sick visits, chronic disease management, minor injuries)
Women's health exams
Medication Assistance
Diagnostic and laboratory testing
Specialty referrals
Referrals to other community resources
Diagnostic and Laboratory Tests: Laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging services are provided free of charge to the patient through in-kind donations from our community partners.
Referrals: When needed, we provide referrals for patients who need specialty care, such as oncology, cardiology, or ophthamology. Patients receive care at no cost through our network of specialists who volunteer their time.
Education: The Loudoun Free Clinic offers free education and special classes, including nutrition and stress-management, for registered patients.
The Loudoun Free Clinic also offers the following specialty clinics once a month: Endocrinology, Cardiology, Chiro, Nephrology, Orthopedic and Physical Therapy.
The Loudoun Free Clinic DOES NOT provide:
Emergency Care
Contraception (birth control) or maternity care
Pain Medications
Mental Health Services or medications
Disability physicals
School physicals
Immunizations
Prescription Refills
In order to refill prescriptions received through the clinic (not Wal-mart or other pharmacies), you must call 14 days in advance of your medication running out. We are unable to provide you certain medications without advanced notice.
Please call 703-779-5419 to request refills:
Leave your name (with spelling), your phone number, and the names of the prescriptions you want refilled. Speak slowly and clearly.
It is your responsibility to:
Keep track of the number of pills you have left so you don't run out before you can pick up your refill.
Keep track of the number of refills you have left.
Bring your clinic card when picking up.
