Western Tidewater Free Clinic serves individuals between the ages of 19 and 64 with no medical insurance who live at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

Western Tidewater Free Clinic is a non-profit organization and needs broad-based community support for long-term viability. Volunteers and Donations are critical to helping those who need it the most.

Prescription Medicines
Dental Services
Care Coordination / Case Management
Lab and Diagnostic Testing
Access to hospital services
Mental Health Counseling (on a limited basis and for medical patients only)

Business hours:
Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm

Medical Clinic Hours:
Mon: 9am - 4pm
Tue: 12pm - 8pm
Wed: 8am - 4pm
Thur: 12pm - 8pm
Fri: 9am - 1pm

Dental Clinic:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

NOTE: All Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call 757.923.1060 during normal business hours.

Potential patients must be qualified to receive services at the Clinic. To meet eligibility requirements, citizens must:
Live in the Western Tidewater Service area,
Live at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level, and
Have no health insurance
