Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday 7:30 AM until Noon

The Alleghany Highlands Free Clinic serves uninsured adults in Alleghany County, Bath County and the City of Covington. Patients first need to complete an application packet before making an appointment at the Clinic. The application packet can be completed by mail, on the telephone by calling 540.962.1660 or in person by visiting the Clinic at 322 West Riverside Street in Covington. Adults who are eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, Veterans' Benefits and insured adults do not qualify for the services of the Clinic.
